The Motor Control System Design of the Automatic Scribing Machine

Because of the sheet cutting special requirement,the research about the scriber method and the cutting process was conducted.The mechanical structure and the control system were designed,the sheet's cutting quality was guaranteed,and scribing machine cutting ability was enhanced.According to the movement control request,the core control system using PLC had realized three stepping motor logic control and the rotary table stepless speed regulation,increased three coordinate axis control precision and strengthened scriber's compatibility.
