Study on Intelligence Attemperation Solid-solid Phase-changing Material of Polyurethane

Different content and molecular weight of PEG were grafted onto the polymer chain of Polyurethane(PU) which was synthesized by polyether and TDI.Then the solid-solid polymer phase-changed material was prepared. Material phase-change behavior and structure were investigated by DSC,IR.The results indicated that the PEG was successfully grafted onto PU.When the molecular weight of PEG kept sameness.The phase change enthalpy of material would be increased by improving the PEG content,and thermal stability was obviously improved too.When the content of PEG was kept sameness,and the molecular weight of PEG was 600～2000.The phase change enthalpy of material would be increased by improving the PEG molecular weight.
