There are particular targets for the mechanism of investigation and prevention of securities crimes, not only in the time of the instruction but also in application.Both the mechanism of independent investigation and the mechanism of the independent prevention can not adapt to the crimes controls increasingly.The mechanism of investigation and prevention must be reformed to realize the best efficiency and defense.Efficient measures should be taken on the current the mechanism of investigation and prevention of securities crimes,such as adjusting the jurisdiction of public security management,enhancing the integration professional ability,strengthening the synchromesh of each organ,improving the examination mechanism of achievement,and so on.
