On strategies of optimizing management of university student files

As the social communication gradually develops,traditional methods of managing university student files can no longer meet the needs of the current information era.It is therefore highly necessary to optimize the management of student files so as to standardize and rationalize the management and to bring about a more positive role in teaching administration and society.
