On engineering supervision control over land development and rehabilitation programs

Taking the land rehabilitation program at four villages,such as Manlongkou village of Menglong town as the background,the paper depicts the successful supervision control measures in the supervision process according to some cases,explores how to undertake the supervision control of programs,and points out the control programming,the standardization and scientific measures are the foundation to improve the supervision control.
