Research on the Schemes of Recognition of Handwritten Bank Cheques by Computer

This paper puts forward a word recognition engine which may be developed to be integrated with the handwritten bank cheque processing system, and discusses the various schemes to tackle the problem of recognition of unconstrained handwritten words.
