Research on the Comprehensive Evaluation of the Gathering Development Environment of China's New and High-tech Industry Talents

The sound gathering development of new and high-tech industry talents is inseparable from the optimization of the environment.Based on redefining connotations and refining characteristics of high-tech industry talents,the article proposed a scientific index system to evaluate the development environment for new and high-tech industry talents comprehensively,and combined AHP weight and entropy weight to determine the index weight.Through inductive and comparative analysis,it analyzed deeply present situation and the quality of talents concentrated development environment of various regions in China by logical thread from the surface to points and from the trend to typical various.In the end,the article proposed refined strategy to improve the high-tech industry talents development environment according to different local situations through fully considering the environmental development gradient,each item of the development environment and the hardware and software environment.
