The article introduced the definition of reference function for range 0℃ to 419.527℃ in the International Temperature Scale of 1990.It also introduced a method of calculating reference function and referece table of the SPRT.It demonstrated the application of using EXCEL in calculating the Reference tables of standard platinum resistance thermometer from 0℃ to 419.527℃.Even for ordinary operator,this is an easy method for understanding and operating.
