Based on the analysis of complex underground supply-pipe,with the computer and GIS technology,this paper introduced how to find the best plan to turn off the valves when the accident happened.Building the logical network model,starting from the accident placement,finding the best plan is a new method that we can apply to other pipe or line manage systems.
