Research on Fast Computation and High Effective Quantization of Line Spectrum Pairs

Line-Spectrum Pairs are important parameters of vocal track model in speech coding, their computation and quantization are closely related to synthetic speech quality. In this paper, a fast algorithm about LSPs computation using Chebyshev polynomials is presented, then the method of LSP high efficient quantization is designed. It is shown that the algorithm has low calculation complexity and high precision, the quantization has efficient performance.
