Context-free Semantics and Semantic Orientation

Due to the lack of an efficient semantic theory,the nature of semantic orientation still remains obscure despite all the achievements in the study of this topic.A logical grammar generates a string and its meaning simultaneously.The set of syntactic structures and that of semantic structures are isomorphic to each other.From this dynamic perspective,the issue of semantic orientation is transformed into searching for the correct path of grammatical combination which generates both the form and meaning of the concerned sentences.The combination is restrained by the context-free semantics.
