Discussion of E-government System Information Security Mechanism

As one of the most important part of government information project, e-government in China is in a prosperous stage. Because the information about government is sensitive and secret somehow and based on Internet platform, it is vital to guarantee information secu-rity in e-government system. Network techniques, applications, users management and legislation are involved in how to guarantee infor-mation security, and to set up a comprehensive, normative and executable security mechanism is necessary.
