Key Algorithms of Implementing Base State with Amendments Raster Spatio-Temporal Data Model Using 2D Run-Length

Based on analyzing raster spatio-temporal data model and raster data encoding,the key algorithms of implementing base state with amendments raster spatio-temporal data model using 2D run-length were proposed,which were consisted of the algorithm of finding the diversity of raster spatio-temporal changing and the algorithm of overlapping this diversity of raster spatio-temporal changing.Then some disadvantages of traditional algorithms were discussed,and main thoughts and steps of improved algorithms were given.Finally,some experiments demonstrated that these proposed algorithms were correct and had more advantages than traditional algorithms in the running speed and memory requirement.
