Interpretation Attack and Relating Characteristic of Digital Watermarking

Digital watermarking has been the hotspot of international academia in the domain of information security.With the development of digital watermarking, more and more attacks on it appeared,interpretation attack(IBM attack) is the most dangerous attack of them. In this paper, after analysing the interpretation attack, put forward the relating characteristic to rule the Embedding. In addition, propose two ways to create relating characteristic,one relys on the content of watermark, the other bases on the embedding location. After testing the first way,it concludes that if all embedding abide by the priciple,the interpretation attack will be resolved.
