The LINGO realization in the process of DEA surveying TFRP

With appling date envelopment analysis(DEA) LINGO software programming,this paper calculates the values of the Total Factor Relative Productivity(TFRP) of China from 1985 to 2003,studies the scale efficiencies and the classification of their,and compares their calculated results from vertical and horizontal section.It presents a effective technical and economic tools for policy-making body comparing and evaluating economic systems.,provides the reference for this kind of question solution.
