Realization of Data Communication and Converting of Total Station with Computer Based on VB6.0

By the analyses of the data format of TOPCON GTS-335W Total Station and EPSW98,da-ta communication between Total Station and computer is realized based on VB6.0 MSComm Control,then the data is converted from Total Station data format to EPSW98 data format,and common coor-dinate data is output,too.All the dataa can be converted to other digital surveying and mapping systems and GIS soft-wares easily.
