Random Network Coding and Its Applications in Wireless Networks

Random network coding is a new fundamental network theory. It has many unique advantages by comparison with traditional routing based network theory. This will promote the birth of next-generation communication network. We present its definition,exclusive characteristics and preponderances,and analyze some open issues when it is applied to wireless networks. We also forecast its future development directions.
