The Study of the DBMS in the Integrated Substation Automation System

This paper discusses a DBMS used in Integrated Substation Automation System． Developed by VISUAL FOXPRO 6．0 under WIN98 operation system, the DBMS is a real time management system on base of Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE)． Differing from the traditional client－server way, the system doesn＇s need special server and is especially suitable for the reformation of middle or small substation． This paper provides a new idea of nobody on duty in substation．
