The article introduces the background in the development of mobile electronic business and the technologies about it.Then it introduces the development of mobile electronic business and difficulties in the development of mobile electronic business.In order to adapt the diversities of mobile terminals and the levities of the commerce applications,a solution of mobile electronic business platform is brought for us based on J2ME.
