The Parper reviewed the development about laser applied in agricultural field such as biological stimulation effect of laser,induced breeding by laser,laser radiation on single and double strand breakage of plasmid DNA,laser microbeam transgenic techniques and so on.This paper also discussed some unsettled problems.
