The reservoir dam is the main and most important hydraulic structure.Its safety not only directly affects the reservoir design efficiency,but also relates to downstream people's life and property safety,social economic development and ecological environment,etc.Therefore,great importance must be attached to reservoir dam safety monitoring and management to assure its safety operation.
