Research of energy balance stabilization control technology to the aluminum electrolytic cell and its application

The keys to energy balance are cell voltage and input amount of aluminum fluoride.By analysis of cell voltage,input amounts of aluminum fluoride and alumina,under stable technological conditions,this paper sums up the model to energy balance control.In addition,by application on 180kA electrolytic cell,the stabilized energy balance control was attained.As a result,electrolytic data were improved;the goals of less energy and consumption was achieved.
