Slight difference between C# and Java

The C# is a procedure language of new generation put forward by the Microsoft, which can check some potential mistakes in the code design process. The easily ignored slight difference between C# and Java is discussed and the corresponding solution in Java is proposed. It is believed that the new Java will have these new features in the near future.
