Development of plug-in ship assess application framework based on .NET

To solve the problem of domestic ship assess software's backword situation,and the confilict of ship programmer's shortage but pure programmer not satisfying the ship software's developing,plug-in ship assess application framework was developed based on.NET.It integrated great general classes,including main-app base class,plug-in base class,ship-rule-assess framework class collection,etc.So that,ship-assess plug-in's developing becomes simple,ship engineer can be adequate to this task after simple programming training.
