Research on Superstar Digital Library Copyright Authorization

In the paper,rights as the bottlenecks of China's digital library development were briefly describes,and it was pointed out that the superstar of copyright was the one of more mature approaches in our digital library industry for licensing.The development process of superstar copyright model was summarized,and their shortcomings in development process were analyzed,then constructive ideas to the development of superstar Digital Library copyright model were put forward.
