Combined Fuzzy Comprehensive Analysis with Threshold Regression Model for Mid-long Term Hydrologic Forecasting

This paper combined many influencing factors into a comprehensive index based on cause analysis,fuzzy set analysis and weights of factors.Besides,it also established the threshold regression model between the fuzzy comprehensive index and forecast object based on the theory of the threshold regression.The example showed that the effect was good.
