Progress and application of cloud point extraction

Cloud point extraction(CPE) is a useful and perspective technique in sample pretreatment.In this review,the phase seperation behavior of some surfactants is introduced.A theoretical background and a guide for optimizing CPE are also presented.Further,the recent developments in CPE are summarized and disccussed.Finally,an outlook on the future of the technique was given.
