Fully Exert Reference Literature's Functions in Editing Scientific and Technological Periodicals

Reference literature is to examine and proofread, index and protect. Edition of scientific and technological periodicals should be guided by The Law of Copyright, and has the standards and regulations of reference literature as its standards. It should attach importance not only to the proofread functions, and to the after-paper information functions of reference literature, but also to the two tendencies of marking externally and no marking of reference literature.
