Research on Constructing Electronic Government Infrastructure System

The development of E-government is relied on a series of infrastructure system, including the constructing of organization, human resource, the network, the hardware and the correlative laws. The aim of the infrastructure construction is to build the environment of facilitating the development of E-government. Based on the view of system's engineering, this paper discusses building electronic government infrastructure, its function orientation and system planning, system design, value system, system environment, and so forth. The article advances the level model of constructing E-government infrastructure system.
