AHP-based Teaching Quality Evaluation System

The key to higher education is the quality of talent.As for the requirements of college talent quality continue to increase,one of the main tasks of education and teaching reform is to evaluate university teachers' teaching quality.University teachers' teaching process involves a lot of factors,and various factors' play determines the level of teaching quality.Which,in addition to teachers own knowledge levels also depends on teachers talents to bring their skills into full play during teaching processes as well as their teaching objects' coordination etc..How to give each factors an objective,scientific quantitative weights,and the application of these weights to give an overall evaluation on the teaching process,which is the need to explore in this article.
