This paper illustrates an automatic and multifunctional two-dimensional liquid chromatography control system which is developed by use.NET technology frame,complete object oriented C#language and two-dimensional liquid chromatography theory.The frame of two-dimensional liquid chromatography control system,the content of system's functional design and the primary problems happened during the developing are introduced.
