On Fuzzy theory and probability-statistics

There are some fuzzily problems in the Zadeh Fuzzy t heory and Probabil ity -Statistics. This paper discusses the Necessity of Zadeh theory and explain s the dialectical relations between them from a viewpoint of philosophy.
