Study on the Issue of Credit Reporting Development and Information Subject Right Protection in the New Situation

Credit reporting not only improves the market efficiency by overcoming information asymmetry but alsobrings new challenges for information subject right protection. This paper discusses the coordination between informa-tion subject right protection and the different stages credit reporting development,then summarizes the issues be-tween information subject right protection and credit reporting under background of the Credit reporting industry reg-ulations,the big data and Internet IT booming from four dimension such as the Institution level,the regulatory level,the operational level and the external environment. Finally,the paper puts forward the corresponding policy recommen-dations.
