On the Research Issues of the Ascription of Copyrights

In field of copyrights,there are many dissensions caused by principles of ascription of copyrights in real life.Therefore,it is very important to make principles clear and it is a very prominent theoretical issue.The of right of author represented by Germany and France have been taken principle that the writer is author without admission of work of artificial person or work of business reflecting personality axiology.And copyright system principle represented by Britain and America exceptionally prescribes the principle of considered author with admission of engaged work reflecting business axiology.However,the legislation of of copyrights in our country has no clear axiology and principles are self-contradictory.Our country should legislate the of right of author and strictly establish the principle of writer is author canceling regulations about work of artificial person or work of business and formulate legislative transferring of engaged works.
