A double-step circle drawing algorithm

Based on the analysis of the Wu and Rokne's double step circle drawing algorithm, a double step incremental algorithm for drawing circle is presented. In this algorithm the center of adjoining two pixel is defined first. Second, by the analysis the relation between of the position of arc and the midpoint of two pixel, a new judgment formula is given. So a more efficient double step incremental algorithm for drawing circle.
