Supervisors' recommendations are required for post-graduate's contributions

Post-graduate student papers are now the important source of contributions.From four aspects such as improving the post-graduate education,guaranteeing the manuscript quality,enhancing academic normalization,and being convenient for dealing with manuscript,the author of this paper puts forward a suggestion that the supervisors' recommendations are needed when the post-graduates contribute manuscripts to sci-tech journals.
