In this paper,the necessity and significance to build an Integrated Safety Monitoring System was expounded.The development and actuality of Train Coach Running Diagnosis System is introduced.According to the Eleventh Five-Year Plan,the goal of TCDS is clear and a deep-seated analysis of using and developing TCDS is made.
