Basic Framework and Main Points for the Legislationin Making the Government Information Public

This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the laws and regulations in making government information public, discusses the aim, principle, content and supporting measures, and puts forward some basic ideas as to the perfection of the legal framework in making government information public.
