Research on application of an agent-based workflow management system in e-commerce

With the developments of e-commerce, we have to build up new business mode to meet the needs of networked designs and manufactures. The paper proposes a new e-commerce mode to improve present e-commerce,uses workflow to realize trade process automation and introduces agent techniques to realize direct communication between customers and traders. It also makes use of load-balance to achieve flexibility of workflow.
