A discussion on oblique collision of two smooth bodies from the storage coefficient of the elastic potential energy

A definition of the storage coefficient of elastic potential energy of a body is given and the oblique collision of two smooth bodies is discussed using this definition.The formula of the relation between the kinetic energies of the system in the two states before and after the instant of the collision is deduced.
