The Research on the Strength Training Motions

With the method of three-dimensional photographing and surface myoelectricity test technologies,the paper analyzes the motion condition of muscle in many kinds of flat bench press to seek for the new movement pattern of the strength training.The result indicates that the research of the strength training can be initiated from the detail and technique of the movement,such as the standardization of movement and movement analysis with kinematics and myoelectricity indicators.It is a new concept in searching the movement model of strength training.
