Remote Communication Design for SAFIR 3000 Lightning Detection System in Wuhan

For the realization of remote communication between detection stations and central processing system of SAFIR 3000 lightning detection system in Wuhan,a cable/wireless hybrid distance communication network structure is applied.Meanwhile the software for GPRS communication is programmed with adoption of multi-threading technique etc.The communication status record shows a low data-losing rate of less than 3 ‰,which indicates that the technique of GPRS can basically satisfy the communication demand of SAFIR3000 system.
