A Fast Cylindrical Panoramic Image Stitching Algorithm

For a long time in computer vision,image processing and computer graphics,image stitching technology has always been the mainstream direction.Use it to construct the scene image and the panoramic image,thereby to produce high-resolution images of the large viewing angle.At present,this technology has been widely used in virtual reality field,the field of medical image processing,remote sensing technology field and in the military field.In this paper,based on image feature point matching cylindrical panoramic image stitching algorithm,experiments show that the algorithm has high matching accuracy,robustness,and other characteristics,can be quickly and efficiently generate cylindrical panoramic images with high practical value.
