On Working Methods of University Counselor

With the rapid development of China's economy, the number of people receiving higher education also increased year by year. Data show that the number of college students in universities showed rapid growth in recent years, while with the growing number of college students, ideological and political work is particularly important, and main strength of this work in the existing mechanism is the counselor. As the most long-term contacts and exchanges teachers for college students throughout the university period, counselor plays an important role. Under the new historical conditions, counselor team building is particularly important. This paper proposes thoughts combined with the most common used method for counselor in the work, expects to provide some help for counselor team building.
