An Empirical Analysis on the Management Performance Appraisal of County Level Tax Revenue Institutions Based on BP Neural Network

This paper designs a management performance appraisal system of county level tax revenue institutions,which contains five indexes:tax revenue levying rate,tax revenue cost rate,the degree of tax revenue influences economic,tax revenue institutions image and affairs quality.This paper takes 120 county level tax revenue institutions in Hunan province as the example,uses BP Neural Network to appraise the management performance.The empirical result shows that the network simulation error all control in 5%.The entire province average score is 0.69,which hints that the achievement of Hunan county level tax institutions is good in general, but there is great room for achievement promotion.
