The design of HAZOP expert system framework based on the real-time database

This paper introduced the basic concept and composition of expert system.Then the function and structure of HAZOP expert system were analyzed and determined.According to the component of system,there were eight parts which consist of user interface,real-time database,knowledge database,inference machine,human machine interface,system database interface,knowledge acquisition mechanism and explanation facility.The real-time database,knowledge database and inference machine were emphasized to focusing on design of expert system in detail among these aspects.The knowledge database was composed of knowledge organization and management.With that the real-time database was put forward and the frame structure was designed on the basis of thought.At last,the way of the forward reasoning was used for process.
