The application of project management in the pre-research of navy architecture

With the application of project management,greeat effect have been made in aerospace and software development,but it has not been used effectively in navy architecture yet.In this paper,basic theory and method of project management are discussed in the pre-research of nary architure,and it will be usefull for the popularizing of project management in the research and desing of navy architecture.
