Developing the Decision Support System(DSS) for Conversion of Farmland to Forests Project Based on ArcGIS Engine

Based on ArcGIS Engine,the decision support system(DSS) for conversion of farmland to forests project was developed with considering site situation,plan,afforestation knowledge.The system integrated with the multi-sources data,spatial analysis,knowledge reasoning and project reasonability appraising,which could provide the decision support services for project plan,implementation and monitoring.
