Football,Referee and Law: From the View of the Video Referee and "Free Proof"

The enforcement of referees is always one of the focuses in football matches,and is often censured by fans.It is disputed yet whether the referees could enforce the football matches according to the video.Analysis on the similarity between the enforcement of referees and the jurisprudence and lawsuit,the author drew the conclusion that there was more harm than profit if the referees enforce the football game according to the video.Furthermore,the enforcement of referees is similar to the free proof of judges,so it is necessary to adopt restrictive countermeasures.
