Applying Method of Knowledge Discovery to Oil Monitoring and Fault Diagnosis Based on Fuzzy Rough Set

A fuzzy decision information system based on fuzzy processing of oil monitoring data is proposed in this paper.Aimed at the problem that rough set can not be directly applied to the data with continuous variables,this paper adopts the fuzzy information system knowledge discovery method to the reduction of attribute,and this can avoid the information loss caused by discretization of continuous attribute values in rough set theory.Based on the definition of attribute importance,the weighting coefficient of attributes is obtained,and the fuzzy theory and fuzzy reasoning are used to diagnosis and decision.Application sample in a diesel engine shows that the method can effectively diagnosis the faults.As the results,it is feasible to make uncertain reasoning based on fuzzy proper simplification.
